Shipping and Returns Policy

When you order products from Texas Plum Line you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and Texas Good right to your door. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

Please check all addresses carefully. Texas Plum Line guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will contact you by email for clarification on the shipping address.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped by UPS or USPS from the Amarillo, Texas area. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

PERISHABLES

Please note that all of our eatable products are considered perishable and should be properly handled upon arrival.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Texas Plum Line takes great pride in using the finest products available. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items unless they are damaged in shipping. If the product is damaged during shipping we request a photo of the damaged merchandise be sent to connie@texasplumline.com along with your name and address so we may assess the damages and remedy the problem.
